Savencia launches its range of cheese slices with Fol Epi®, Etorki® and RichesMonts® cheeses. The cheese slices have been specifically developed to help chefs diversify their snacking creations.

Backed with its expertise in cheese, Savencia Fromage & Dairy Foodservice launches a range of cheese slices with Fol Epi®, RichesMonts® and Etorki® cheeses. Specifically developed to allow chefs to broaden their snacking creations, the cheese slices combine gourmet taste, convenience and authenticity in both cold and hot uses in order to enhance sandwiches, burgers or wraps. The cheeses, all full of character, are made in France with French milk and have been selected to create tasty slices: - The slices of Fromage de Mayenne Fol Epi® will perfectly match your burgers, sandwiches or toasties. The historical cheesemaking know-how of Mayenne gives the cheese its flexible texture and its unique taste. - The slices of Tomme au lait de montagne RichesMonts®, that can also be named Raclette, will give your snacking recipes a taste of character. A traditional regional know-how is used to produce the slices: the milk is collected above 600m in altitude, the cheeses are made in Auvergne and matured for 10 weeks. - Since 1977, the good taste of sheep -milk along with the expertise of cheesemakers give the slices of Tomme de Brebis basque Etorki® its fine and subtle taste and its smooth texture. The milk is collected in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques area, 80km away from the cheese factory in Mauléon. The tubs contain between 16 and 22 slices and the reseable lid of the Fol Epi® and Etorki® packs enable a better preservation.
