Product elaborated from whole loins, skin-off & bone-less. Loins are marinated, high-pressure processed and sliced in order to offer you a ready-to-eat product!

We offer you a product from Thailand which is coming from a sustainable fishery MSC certified and is elaborated from whole loins, skin-off & bone-less. Loins are then marinated, high-pressure processed and sliced in order to offer you a ready-to-eat product! Slices weight between 16g and 30g and have the natural shape from the tuna loins. The HPP process and the marinade bring it a very soft and tender texture. We offer you 2 different marinades: thyme & lemon and basil. Other recipes are being developed. Product is packed in 150g bags which is a suitable format adapted to the Horeca sector. Tuna slices can be used in a salad or for sandwiches filling. Product is ready & easy to use – you just need to defrost it. Once defrosted, product can be kept a few days in the fridge at 0°C/+3°C. We offer you a natural & innovative product, mixing eating pleasure and health, as guaranteed without additive and preservative!
