The Sirha Food trade stage will host the European Butchers' Competition, which will bring together 8 teams of 2 experienced butchers in pairs.
To decide between them, an exceptional jury will be present. The jury will be composed of Artisan Butchers from the countries represented, including several Best Workers of France. It will be chaired by Mr François MULETTE, Best Worker in France ("Meilleur Ouvrier de France").
