Theme: “Homage to Paul Bocuse”.
Creation of two desserts based on vanilla and fruits as well as an original artistic piece made with poured and moulded sugar.
Creation of an artistic piece made of chocolate and 4 types of chocolate bonbons.
Execution of an artistic piece made of nougatine and pastillage as well as two frozen desserts/lime fruit and 4 frozen desserts presented on plate, as a variation of the dessert.
