Jazz à Vienne met le Sirha en musique

What is on your plate remains the most important criterion when "customer experience" enthusiasts eat these days, but music is also essential... Many studies have established the positive effect of musical notes on the perception of taste. And restaurants with "lounge", "deephouse" or jazz themes have flourished, surfing the trend. This is called sensory marketing, in this case auditory. Over the course of Sirha, its soundprint bears the mark of Jazz in Vienne, for this 2019 edition. 

The restaurant 6e Sens, is a space highlighting Table Arts, through original concepts, and will be livened by a soundtrack created especially by Jazz in Vienne. 
Equinoxe, a trio (keyboard, double bass, drums) from Lyon, recent discovery of Jazz in Vienne, will play before dinner during the gala of the World Pastry Cup while another trio, Foehn, will provide the atmosphere during that of Bocuse d'Or. The music during contests and the live performances preceding the awards ceremony will be played by Charlie & the Soap Opera, a pop funk group from Lyon. On Monday, 28 January, the Bocuse Halls will resonate from the brass and percussion instruments of Brass Band from Lyon followed by the programming of DJ James Stewart, a figure of the sets of Lyon during Festiv'Halles.

With the support of Jazz in Vienne, Sirha offers its visitors a wide choice of listening experiences to delve into the latest food trends identified with Food Service Vision in the space 6e Sens.
