Tulakalum 75% contains no soya lecithin and can be used for all your pastry- and chocolate-making applications. Tulakalum means “together” in Mayan dialect. It is only thanks to collaborative efforts between our partner-producer Maya Mountain and our sourcing team that we were able to relaunch this exceptionally rare Belizean cocoa variety.

Marguerite is extending its range of croquants with the passionately fruity Croquant Tentation Passion reference, to be previewed at SIRHA. This new stroke of brand genius caters for a strong trend towards exotic fruit by blending passion fruit with coconut. The Croquant Tentation Passion is the indulgent combination of passion fruit, coconut and white chocolate. This new reference offers a taste very close to that of fresh passion fruit enhanced by an after-taste of grated coconut and a generous crunch. The freshness and acidity of the passion fruit blends perfectly with the sweetness of the coconut. This subtle combination of flavours between the intense taste of passion fruit and the delicacy of coconut works beautifully. Added to this are pure cocoa butter UTZ certified white chocolate and generous crunchy inclusions. The product is the golden yellow colour particular to passion fruit juice, bringing a colourful note to all artisan creations. “Because your art deserves noble ingredients ...” This new reference again channels the pastry artisans’ creativity into increasingly innovative and gourmet creations.
