Golden Fish and Gold Scale contests

The “Poissonniers Ecaillers de France” association propose two international contests, with an emphasis on speed, precision, presentation, and quality of the platters:

  • Ecaille d’Or: Opening and arranging sea food products
  • Golden Fish: Preparation of sea food products (fish, shellfish and crustaceans)

New in 2021: A special test will be introduced this year to reflect the current environment and changes in consumer habits, with a take-away seafood platter.
