Cheesemonger & Chef Contest

In view of the success of the first edition of the contest in 2019, the "Union des crémiers Fromagers Auvergne Rhône Alpes" have renewed their commitment.
To promote cheese in the food service industry, this original contest brings together duos of epicurean professionals (1 cheesemonger, 1 cook) who will have 2 hours in which to highlight one cheese and a hamper of different products that will only be revealed to them at the start of the contest.
The cheese preparation will be arranged on 6 plates for tasting by a jury that will decide on the winning duo.

Results

The gold lions went to Léo Begin and Grégoire Barge, the silver lions to Mathilde Mouchet and Yu Tian, and the bronze lions to Célia Desperier and Roderick Verne.
