Cuisines en Scène stage retains its inverted layout that was introduced in 2017 and adopts a new scenography to offer an even more modern, dynamic and interactive space!
From national and international cooking contests to simple demonstrations, everything has been designed to ensure that it is a live and attractive showcase for the restaurant and food service trades.

For this edition, this cooking demo lab will welcome Bridor and Natural Cooking by Alexandra Beauvais who will revisit some of the 7 major influences of the trade show, as identified by Food Service Vision.
With a series of demonstrations, Bridor and Natural Cooking by Alexandra Beauvais will illustrate some experiments that could potentially become the prototypes of tomorrow.
Food Studio will also feature a unique exhibition dedicated to Food Design, led by Emmanuel Chevalier, the Artistic Director and curator of the trade show.
The exhibition will decrypt the market of tomorrow and will question the codes of today’s food and eating habits

‘Maison de la Pâtisserie et Glacerie’ presents several international contests on the theme of sugar.
In collaboration with ‘Maison de Pâtisserie du Rhône’, this stage will propose three different contests:
- 13° european sugar championship
- 4° french championship of gourmands arts
- 9° european championship of frozen desserts

Set in the heart of the Sirha venue, the Bakery Trends Stage places the emphasis on excellence in French and international bakery. In 2019, two high level contests will be staged.
