At the very heart of the show, on Place des Lumières, the Sirha TV-conference stage showcases interviews, round tables, debates, and demonstrations on topical issues of our business. The five –day program will host more than 150 chefs, experts and professionals. Integrated to the Food Studio, the TV-conference set is accessible to every visitor of the show.

TV presenter Carinne TEYSSANDIER, assisted by the journalists Michel TANGUY and Tiffany CONROY, welcomes each morning renowed chefs and specialists from the foodservice sector, including international participants. The afternoon is dedicated to conferences and demonstrations of experts or exhibitors.
