IMPORTANT

• Exhibitors are responsible for the damages they may cause to halls during build up and break down of their stand.
• During the build-up and break-down times, exhibitors must keep their stands under constant supervision by either themselves or a security firm of their choice.

Exhibitors' badges

A quota of badges is included in your participation fees according to your stand surface. Badges bear the company name as indicated in the show guide.

• Co-exhibitors: 4 badges
• 4 badges for stands between 12 à 18sqm
• 1 extra badge for each additional 9sqm with a maximum of 20 badges
