Participants from all over the world will compete in the International Catering Cup
« From South America to Asia, including Europe, the Best Caterer contest -inaugurated on a national scale in 2008- has received overwhelming support and is now opening up to the world. As a result, in 2013 the International Catering Cup will welcome candidates from all continents during the grand final to be held at Lyon, France as part of the prestigious Sirha trade exhibition.
However, before reaching the last stage of the contest, the countries retained for participation in the event must hold national selection events. The French event was held on February 5th and 6th 2012 as part of the Smarht trade exhibition in Toulouse. The tests took place in the same setting and under the same conditions as for the final that will be held in Lyon.
On February 6th 2012, in the evening, the team (as well as the backup team) that will represent our country was appointed. As soon as the pressure of the contest will have abated and once the well deserved joy of victory will have faded, the winners will have one year in order to prepare for the final. But they can already count on the support of the whole trade that will be behind them to encourage them.
A superb adventure that continues... »
