A two-year selection process covering 5 continents, 50 national selections, 22 participating countries that have been competing in Lyon at the final to be held at Sirha, 27th and 28th January 2013. 22 teams including a pastry-maker, a chocolatier and an ice cream maker, 10 hours of competing in front of the public, in which the part of pastry-making can express itself in an explosion of creativity. The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie Gala Dinner takes place on Monday 28th January 2013 at 8.30pm at the Cité Internationale Centre de Congrès.
