The biggest global gastronomy competition
|
The Bocuse d'Or is a prestigious gastronomic competition created by the French Chef Paul BOCUSE in January 1987. The final takes place in Lyon every 2 years. At the end of 56 national selections and 3 continental selections in Latin America, in Europe and Asia, the fabulous human adventure of the Bocuse d'Or continues with 24 Chefs gathered for a final of exception.
New confrontation of techniques and cultures, the Bocuse d'Or is both a developer of culinary trends and a talent detector. During 5h35, the competitors from around the world will have to compete in genius and spontaneity to the famous sesame.
