For the very first time at Sirha, the Shop of the Future area will bring together innovative companies in the digital sector and food service professionals.

Sirha visitors will have the opportunity to discover and test new technologies that could help them improve their organisation, their productivity, their communication with the general public and develop new services.
This area will replicate a real shop and will provide an itinerary featuring educational presentations on the different types of technologies available and how they can be used:
