In 2013, Food Studio by Sirha gets a facelift!

 

The brand new recipe: Four original concepts, a fresh decoration and an exhibition that mixes fashion and cooking... condensed creativity!

"Giving life to the major trends that will affect the food market of the future" this is the objective of the Food Studio by Sirha. This space is divided into four thematic areas inspired by the work of the World Food Summit Sirha and Loeb Innovation and designed by Emmanuel Chevalier.

 

From 26 to 30 January 2013, these experimental laboratories will explore culinary innovation by staging exclusive and major trends of food service.

 

Through its investment partners, Food Studio by Sirha is now a living laboratory in the heart of Sirha. During the 5 days of the show, our partners reveal the results of their research with culinary creations created exclusively for the Sirha. For this 2013 edition, the partners of Food Studio by Sirha will explore four culinary trends:

  • Care & Trust – trust the product, knowing its origin and manufacturing process ... Concerned about his well-being and health, the consumer needs to be informed and reassured.
  • Unexpected Emotion – The unexpected, the surprise ... Focusing on each product, the consumer is on the lookout for what can sublimate his experience. It seeks to experience heartfelt emotions, to experience new sensations.
  • Hyper Customization – A custom product, a custom place... In a context of hyper consumption, the individual rejects uniformity. He claims the right to a diet adapted to his own needs, personal situation and age.
  • Playful Accessibility – Convenience, comfort, immediacy ... The consumer is looking for what is fun. He wants to be free, have fun, and satisfy his desires with ease, without constraints. “Everything at once, but with quality” is his motto.

« Food Design » exhibition

For the very first time, Food Studio by Sirha welcomes an exhibition « Food Design » associating great names of Fashion and Design, with young and talented chefs and pastry cooks.

 

The concept: an invasion of CAKETOYZ, cakes in the shape of toys, brought straight ahead from the imagination of the invited creators.

The exhibition will be settled in the middle of Food Studio by Sirha, from 26 to 30 January 2013.

 

Exclusively : The first CAKETOYZ designed by Emmanuel CHEVALIER and Bertrand BALAY !

The designers Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, On Aura Tout Vu and Village des Créateurs have worked with Arnaud Bourg Broc, one of the talented pastry chefs members of the Compagnons du Devoir to create their delicious monsters.
