For the first time, Sirha will welcome 46th edition of the International Competition for Young Bakers.
This contest gathers, for two days, the most promising international baker students. For these last, still in training, it is a real professional stepping stone. The International Competition for Young Bakers is aiming at highlighting know-how, talent and creativity.
