Organised by the ‘Confédération Nationale des Charcutiers Traiteurs’, the International Catering Cup will held on Saturday 21st January 2017, at 5.30 pm, on Sirha Chefs area. 12 international teams of caterers will be taking part in the contest in an attempt to try and win the prestigious title of Best Reception Caterer of the world. Spectacular buffets and precision in the plates and dishes have contributed to the reputation of this contest that will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
The event takes place over 2 days during which the participant will need to demonstrate excellence, perseverance, determination, as well as humility.
This year marks the 5th edition of the ICC which continues its impressive development. On this occasion, Bernard Le Prince is appointed President of Honour of this great event, with the exceptional presence of Fabrice Prochasson (MOF 1996) at his side for the tasting and the presentation of a new prize awarded for the ‘Best Dessert’. Canada and Singapore will be taking part in the competition for the very first time!
