The profession of butcher is honored during this event with a worldwide dimension! 8 pairs, 6 challenges, 5 hours of competition. This competition aims to highlight the expertise of butchers, candidates are judged on the working techniques of the meat before cooking. Discover techniques, skills and expertise of the best European craftsmen butchers. 
For this edition, butchers workers compete on the theme: "The artistic perception of meat of Rhône-Alpes region”. Contest subject: separation, boning, trimming, tying, cutting - Presentation on support with decor.
