THE WORLD REFERENCE
The first INTERNATIONAL CASEUS AWARD became the world reference for the profession.
Cheeses and cheesemongers developed their own show.
Presentation of cheeses, sales tests and questions about AOP cheeses were all scenes in the show put on by the leading international names in the business.
AN INDUSTRY-WIDE COMMITMENT
Every level in the dairy industry rallied to support the INTERNATIONAL CASEUS AWARD designed to promote "dairy produce with certified origins" and the European "Protected Label of Origin" (AOP) schemes.
This campaign is run by the CNAOL (the National Council of DAIRY PRODUCE WITH CERTIFIED ORIGINS), via the CIDIL (Interprofessional Dairy Produce Documentation and Information Centre).
The Caseus Award is sponsored by the European Union, the Livestock Office and dairying professionals via the CNAOL (the National Council for dairy produce with certified origins).
The International Caseus Award is part of the Dairy Produce With Certified Origins and the European "Protected Label of Origin" schemes.
