Sihra is different to other shows for us because we do not have a commercial stand as such; GL Events simply says to us: “Here's a stand, just create, invent and show us what you can do”. It's really very interesting because it's a different approach to your typical business-minded stand. We can experiment and try things that we wouldn't dare try in other places. We meet end consumers in the bakery workshop and we have great interaction with them during consumer tests, where we get them to express their opinions on bread colours, textures or tastes. It really is a laboratory where we may very well be inventing the products sold on the shelves tomorrow."
